Academic Advisory Board Regulations

The Academic Advisory Board may make regulations for or concerning prescribing or providing for any of the following matters or things for this statute:

  1. minimum requirements for entrance to the University.
  2. the academic content of courses of study and units of study, including course requirements and the accreditation or re-accreditation of courses.

III. the granting of credit towards a course of study

  1. assessment or supervision of students admitted to a course of study, including academic assessments and evaluations.
  2. academic integrity requirements, including plagiarism and collusion. 
  3. the determination of a student satisfactorily completing all the requirements for degrees and awards.

VII. the exclusion of students for unsatisfactory academic progress. The establishment of any committee or panel for this purpose and the procedures to be followed at any meeting of, or hearing by, any such committee or panel. 

Regulations made by the Academic Advisory Board:

(a) may be of general or of especially limited application 

(b) may differ according to differences in time, place, or circumstance.
